Ingredients
- 3 egg (129 g)
- Almond flour, 1/3 Cup (40 g)
- Baking powder, 1 tsp (5 g)
- Cauliflower, 1 head (576 g)
- Olive Oil, 1/3 cup (62 g)
- Chili Powder, 1 tsp (3 g)
- Nutmeg, 1 teaspoon (2 g)
- Parsley, 2 Tablespoon (8 g)
- Table salt, 1/3 teaspoon (1 g)
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower, separating the florets. Chop the parsley.
- In a large pot, bring water to boil. Add the cauliflower florets and let them boil for 8 minutes.
- Process cauliflower in a food processor until finely minced.
- Place the processed florets in a bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, parsley and chili powder. Stir well and form into patties.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of cauliflower mixture into the hot oil; fry until golden brown, about 3 - 4 minutes per side.

Can I use for cooking coconut oil instead of olive oil?
