  1. Cut the cauliflower, separating the florets. Chop the parsley.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to boil. Add the cauliflower florets and let them boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Process cauliflower in a food processor until finely minced.
  4. Place the processed florets in a bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, parsley and chili powder. Stir well and form into patties.
  5. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Drop heaping tablespoons of cauliflower mixture into the hot oil; fry until golden brown, about 3 - 4 minutes per side.
