Ingredients
- Mixed green leaves, 1/2 cup shredded (36 g)
- Cucumber, 1/2 cup slices (52 g)
- Celery, 1 celery stalks (38 g)
- Olive Oil, 2 tsp (10 g)
- Table salt, 1 Pinch (2 g)
- Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon (6 g)
Instructions
- Chop the green leaves; clean and chop the celery.
- Slice the cucumber.

Hello, I don’t like Celery can I leave that out and add something else if so what so I add?

Hi, My2020Goals. Walden Farms uses an artificial sweetener that may work against your goals here. Be sure not to use too much. If you can find a similar dressing that uses Stevia, erythritol, and/or monk fruit rather than sucralose, acesulfame K, or saccharin, that would be best.
