What is hard sausage?
Hi, dwashburn. You can see it framing the salami-like sausages here: https://www.thespruceeats.com/thmb/W1ZwFqy3iRzCYO4SORMCQkXBZac=/960×0/filters:no_upscale():max_bytes(150000):strip_icc():format(webp)/spanish-chorizo-121372625-5976af00aad52b00118d59a2.jpg
It is also known as “dry” sausage – chorizo is an example
My shopping list didn’t even have the sausage on it. I am going to use chorizo. Much easier to find and I don’t have to order it online. Can I use equal amounts?
Thanks,
Dawn
Hi, Dawn200. Yes, you can use equal amounts.
Where do you buy longaniss
Hi, Trrenise01. You can find it at multi-national deli shops, mexican food shops, etc. You can also search online for where to buy it: https://www.caciqueinc.com/where-to-buy/. When all else fails, you can substitute chorizo or regular hard sausage.
