    1. Blueberries are very popular and one of my favorites. Could you please post a conversion to blueberries in the simple but yummy treat?
Also, it seems that strawberries are sweeter than blueberries or raspberries and I was wondering why they are lower carb.

      • Hi, marticia. Sweetness is not always a measure of carbohydrate content – consider that Stevia and monk fruit are many time sweeter than sugar, but don’t have significant carbohydrate contents. The amount of blueberries allowed on a keto plan is about 3/8 of strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries – so here, about 3 tablespoons.
