Could you substitute walnuts for pecans? Also what other kind of cheese could you use?
Hi, llaws. Yes, you can substitute walnuts for pecans. Other than a different goat cheese, you could use crumbled blue cheese or grated parmesan or romano cheese.
Can I substitute almonds for pecans ?
Hi, Angdiddy. Absolutely!
I would like to know what the cubed red food is in the ‘pictured’ salad. It appears to be beets???
Hi, Mariegrahamacracker. Good question! Definitely no beets in this recipe. I’ll send a note to the recipe team that the photo may have been switched with a different recipe.
I love this one too. Light and easy on stomach. ?
I would like to add grilled chicken to this. I have a strawberry balsamic olive oil that I would use for the dressing.
Looks good. I’ll comment on it further after I prepare it.
