I can’t have peanut butter, what can I use instead?
Hi, Denise2020. You can use any other nut butter (almond butter is most popular), or a seed butter such as sunflower butter or tahini.
How much broccoli exactly are we using in this recipe? I can’t tell whether I’m supposed to get 4 servings out of half a head of broccoli or if I’m taking several heads of broccoli and halving them???
Hi, Gypsywitch39. You make four servings from half of a bunch of broccoli.
Hi, JaseX. No, they are total carbohydrates. Net carbohydrates per serving = 9 grams. Note that the amount of fat is still greater than the sum of protein+carbohydrate, so the recipe is still keto-supportive.
are the carb net carbs they seem quite on the high side for keto
