- Cucumber, 1/4 cucumber (8-1/4") (75 g)
- Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoons (15 g)
- Mustard, 1/2 Tablespoon (9 g)
- Table salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
- Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons (30 g)
- Celery stalk (64g)
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, mush up the sardines with a fork
