    1. 1/4 melon (i.e. cantaloupe, honeydew, Casaba), cubed
    2. 3 oz low-fat yogurt
    3. 1/2 oz walnuts, chopped

    1. Thank you Emma, having melon in actual combination with the yoghurt & nuts does make it more interesting for me. I do like the fun side of creating a nice little meal, rather than just thinking “Oh I should eat a plum now”!
