    Ingredients

    1. 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetend
    2. ½ cup Old Fashion Oats
    3. ¼ cup Organic protein powder, hexane-free
    4. 2 Tbsp Lecithin granules
    5. 1 tsp Ground flax seed
    6. 1 Tbsp Organic honey
    7. ½ tsp Cinnamon
    8. 1 tsp Organic greens powder
    9. ½ cup Ice
    10. ¾ cup Fruit, fresh or frozen

    Directions

      Mix all ingredients well in a blender.

      When I have this for breakfast (most days) it keeps me full for 4-5 hours.
