Ingredients
- 600 g cooked kidney beans
- 200 g green beans
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp mild chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup low sodium vegetable broth
- ¼ cup crème fraîche or organic/pastured sour cream
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Combine well, cover and leave to cook on high for 2-4 hours.
