Ingredients

  1. 600 g cooked kidney beans
  2. 200 g green beans
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 2 garlic cloves crushed
  5. ½ tsp ground coriander
  6. ½ tsp mild chili powder
  7. ½ tsp turmeric powder
  8. ½ tsp cumin powder
  9. ½ tsp garam masala
  10. ½ tsp salt
  11. ½ cup low sodium vegetable broth
  12. ¼ cup crème fraîche or organic/pastured sour cream

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Combine well, cover and leave to cook on high for 2-4 hours.
