Ingredients

  1. ½ cup / 70 g fresh or frozen fruit, chopped
  2. ½ cup / 28 g spinach, chopped
  3. ¼ cup / 28 g carrot, chopped
  4. 2 Tbsp. / 20½ g flax seed, whole
  5. ½+ cup / 120+ ml water or ice

Directions

  1. Blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Add more liquid as need to achieve desired consistency.
