Ingredients
- ½ cup / 70 g fresh or frozen fruit, chopped
- ½ cup / 28 g spinach, chopped
- ¼ cup / 28 g carrot, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. / 20½ g flax seed, whole
- ½+ cup / 120+ ml water or ice
Directions
- Blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Add more liquid as need to achieve desired consistency.
