Wich is better vodka, tequila or whiskey?
Hi, Cynthia. The traditional alcohol for a shamrock cocktail is whiskey. Each jigger (1.5 fluid ounces or 42 ml) equals 1 carb + 1 fat exchange, which equal a “sweet” exchange of which you are given one per day, usually in the evening).
An interesting recipe. Hope to try it soon.
