Ingredients

  1. 3 medium Bananas, ripe, mashed
  2. ⅓ cup / 80 ml Applesauce, unsweetened
  3. 2 cups / 460 ml Oats, steel-cut or rolled
  4. ¼ cup / 60 ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
  5. ½ cup / 120 ml Raisins (optional)
  6. 1 tsp / 5 ml Vanilla
  7. 1 tsp / 5 ml Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Brush or mist a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Combine all ingredients, and mix until well-blended.
  3. Place two-tablespoon mounds of the batter onto prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
