Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Cook on preheated non-stick skillet until golden brown.
- Serve with real maple syrup or fruit-only preserves, or eat plain with your choice of fresh or frozen fruit.
