Ingredients

  1. 2 fresh figs, stems removed
  2. 2 Tbsp. / 30 ml balsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tsp. / 5 ml pure maple syrup
  4. 2 Tbsp. / 30 ml olive oil
  5. 2 Tbsp. / 30 ml fresh-squeezed tangerine juice (from 1 medium tangerine)
  6. 1 Tbsp. / 15 g orange marmalade
  7. ½ cup / 120 ml fresh-squeezed orange juice (from 2 medium oranges)
  8. 2 tsp. / 10 ml water
  9. Seasonings of juice (optional), e.g. garlic, ground black pepper, lavender, black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In a small chopper, puree the figs, vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, and tangerine juice.
  2. Mix first mixture and marmalade mixture together.
  3. Blend in orange juice and seasonings (if desired), and combine well.

Serving size:2 Tbsp. / 30 ml

    I live in a very small travel trailer, and have virtually no refrigerator or freezer space.
    Making a recipe for 12 servings meals I eat the item for man meals and days or throw out much of the item. Any suggestions for me?
