Can we have this as a snack?
Hi, Yas920. In general yes, but it’s not keto-supportive as is. If you want to make it keto, use shredded unsweetened coconut instead of the oats, almond flour instead of the flour, and a sugar-free syrup (e.g., with allulose) instead of the maple.
Great suggestions, thank you!

I don’t like uncooked dough. Is it possible to bake them?
Hi, Jtherese715. It may be possible – try baking them at 350C/180F for about 8-10 minutes.
Wow those are great I used alimony flour
can I use almond or coconut or garbanzo bean flour to substitute in any recipe calling for oats or whole grain flour? If so, in the same amount?
Hi, pitamol. Almond flour would work better, since uncooked garbanzo bean flour t ends to have an “off” taste. You can use the same amount as the grain flour.
Sounds great for an emergency sweet attack!
Loved these. So easy to make. And really convenient to snack.
