Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 c almond flour
  2. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  3. 1/4 tsp sea salt
  4. 1/2 c xylitol or 1 Tbsp. powdered Stevia
  5. 1 organic egg
  6. 1 stick organic butter (raw if possible), melted
  7. 1 Tbs vanilla
  8. 3/4 c natural peanut butter

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and make in 1″ balls and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Make criss cross pattern on each cookie with a fork. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes
