Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 c xylitol or 1 Tbsp. powdered Stevia
- 1 organic egg
- 1 stick organic butter (raw if possible), melted
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 3/4 c natural peanut butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and make in 1″ balls and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Make criss cross pattern on each cookie with a fork. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes
