How are the pears prepared.
Hi, 779000j. They are sliced.
Have a heart problem so not allowed to have coconut
Hi, Patricia. You can use another oil instead – almond, hazelnut, canola (preferably organic cold-pressed) or even olive (the amount is small enough that the flavor won’ttchange)
This looks like I will like this recipe, but I have never heard of coconut sugar.

Can I use any other sugar if I have no access to coconut sugar?
Hi, Melody. You can use raw sugar or maple syrup – the flavor will be similar.
