How much of this can you eat?
Hi, best1gram. Each serving is 1.5 cups (340 ml).
I’m about to cry tears of joy! I can eat Kettle Corn on this plan, yay!!!!!
This look easy enough and I love popcorn.
Hi, not a popcorn fan. Looking forward to the next challenge though.
It was good and simple. I also want to take this to say thanks for all. and will like to have the gift of the trim down club.
I’m surprised how many people don’t eat popcorn. It’s a fantastic low fat way to fill you up and has been used by celebrities in the past to lose weight! I’m not sure why there’s sugar in it though. .. plain, seasalt & ground black pepper or a sprinkling of cinnamon would be better options.
This recipe is not for me, don’t eat popcorn.
Why salt?
Hi, Nhawikum. Some people like salt on their popcorn to bring out the flavor. It is optional here.
Where can i get raw or coconut sugars?
Hi, MrsStan. You can get them from regular shops like Tesco, or health-oriented shops like Holland and Barrett or Whole Foods Market. They are also available online from such retailers as Amazon.uk or GoodnessDirect.co.uk.
I get the coconut sugar at Wal-Mart and it can be found at most local grocery stores
i don’t eat pop corn
I like Popcorners™. They have no seeds and come in three flavors. I buy them in a box containing 1 oz. assorted bags, but there are larger bags in grocery stores.

Love the sound of this but I don’t think I have seen coconut sugar anywhere but I certainly will look for it I love popcorn.
I don’t eat popcorn so will give this one a miss. I like the idea of the ‘kitchen challenge’ though.
I don’t eat popcorn, will try something else.
I love popcorn, especially kettle corn and can’t wait to try this recipe! I even found raw coconut sugar at my local grocery store today and purchased it because I remembered seeing it in some of the recipes that I have seen on the Trim Down Club website.

What is canola/rapeseed oil?
Hi, Walkmore. Canola/rapeseed is a common oil found in grocery stores that is flavorless. It is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, and is relatively stable for cooking. It is best to buy the type that is organic and cold-pressed.
Sugar and popcorn? How is this only 1 carb per serving? I’m losing faith in this Club where I signed up because it was supposed to be the LOW CARB place to go!
Hi, Kimmy. The “carb” is an exchange with 15 grams of carbohydrates (based on a system established by diabetes organizations). That amount per the suggested serving size is actually significantly lower than regular kettle corn, especially with regard to the simple sugars (and the type of sugar we recommend is much easier on your metabolism than refined cane sugar or fructose). Overall, our menus have about 45% of the energy from carbohydrates, which is considered low (the average diet is about 65%).
