Ingredients

  1. 1 pepper red
  2. 1 pepper yellow
  3. 50 g cooked beetroot
  4. 100 g celery
  5. 100 g grated carrot
  6. 6 cherry tomatoes
  7. 4 gherkins (spicy adds a kick)

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables (add/substitute your own favorite ‘free’ vegetable).
  2. Serve on its own or with a smoked fish fillet or cottage cheese or another protein of your choice.
