Ingredients
- 1 pepper red
- 1 pepper yellow
- 50 g cooked beetroot
- 100 g celery
- 100 g grated carrot
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 4 gherkins (spicy adds a kick)
Directions
- Chop vegetables (add/substitute your own favorite ‘free’ vegetable).
- Serve on its own or with a smoked fish fillet or cottage cheese or another protein of your choice.
