    Ingredients

    1. 75g red kidney beans, cooked
    2. 75g zucchnni
    3. 25g carrot
    4. 15g tomato
    5. 5 ml olive oil

    Directions

    1. Rinse kidney beans, and mash with a fork. Chop the remaining ingredients, and mix together with the bean mash.
    2. Form the mixture into a patty. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the patty until firm and browned on both sides
