Ingredients

  1. 1tsp olive oil
  2. 1/2c onions
  3. 1/2c. carrots
  4. 1/4c. whole brown basmati rice
  5. 1/3c. water

Directions

  1. Slightly fry onions in oil.
  2. Add carrots and rice.
  3. Fry slightly and add 1/3 cup water.
  4. Bring to a boil and finish cooking over low heat.
