Ingredients

  1. 3 lbs / 1360 g 93% lean ground beef, preferably organic pastured
  2. 1½ cups / 360 g ricotta cheese, preferably organic pastured

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form batter into 15 patties, and place on baking sheet or grill.
  3. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to allow charring (blackening).
Enjoy!  You can also top with cheese (1 oz / 28 g = 1 protein exchange), and eat it with one slice of whole grain bread (1 carb exchange).
