Ingredients

  1. 1 can garbanzo beans
  2. ½ c fresh cilantro chopped finely
  3. 1 roasted jalapeno
  4. 2 roasted garlic cloves minced
  5. 1 Tbs olive oil

Directions

  1. Roast 2 cloves garlic and 1 jalapeno in a piece of foil with 1 Tbs coconut oil At 400 °F for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor or a Ninja.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve with gluten free crackers, or baby carrots and veggies.
