Ingredients
- 4 chicken wings
- ⅛ cup water
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cup spinach
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- ⅛ cup raspberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In baking pan add water, place chicken seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano. Place into the oven and cook. Let water cook down until the chicken is almost done.
Roxy spicy wing sauce
- In small mixing bowl add hot sauce, honey, olive oil. Pour into a small sauce pan cook on low heat until it heats and come to a boil then remove it from the heat than set aside.
- When chicken comes out of the oven, dip wing one at a time by totally submerge into sauce. Until each one has the spicy sauce. Place on serving plate.
Spinach salad
In a salad bowl toss spinach, walnuts, cherry tomatoes and raspberries.
Choice of no dressing or balsamic vinaigrette.
