1 filet of salmon is to feed 4 people? What size filet? I have 3 teenage boys.
Hi, Sherrybabe. The salmon is just one ingredient of many other rich ones. The amount of salmon (about 400 grams) is nearly 3 cups. If your boys add a generous starchy side (e.g., 2 cups of pasta) to a serving of this dish, they will hit 1000 calories in one meal – that’s a lot.
8 eggs is a lot for me..i dony like eggs..can i use 4or a substitute?
can I use canned salmon?
Hi, Linnmae. Yes, you can used canned salmon instead of fresh here. Be sure to drain it first.
