Ingredients

  1. 16 oz chicken
  2. 2 onions, diced
  3. 1 cup leek, sliced
  4. 2 cups carrots, diced
  5. 1 cup celery, diced
  6. 1 cup green beans
  7. 1 cup green peas
  8. 10 cups water
  9. 10 tsp low-salt chicken seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a crock pot.
  2. Cook for 6-8 hours on high.

Serve with cooked rice or noodles (½ cup = 1 carb serving).
