Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp / 10 ml olive oil
  2. ½ lb / 230 g shrimp, raw
  3. 2 Tbsp / 30 ml lemon juice
  4. 1 tsp / 5 ml lemon pepper seasoning
  5. ¼ tsp / 1 ml ground black pepper
  6. 2 Tbsp / 30 ml parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Sauté shrimp in oil 1 minute.
  2. Add all ingredients except parsley. Sauté another 3 minutes or until cooked through (shrimp will go from gray-white to orange-pink).
  3. Add parsley and serve
