Ingredients
- 2 tsp / 10 ml olive oil
- ½ lb / 230 g shrimp, raw
- 2 Tbsp / 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp / 5 ml lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ tsp / 1 ml ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp / 30 ml parsley, chopped
Directions
- Sauté shrimp in oil 1 minute.
- Add all ingredients except parsley. Sauté another 3 minutes or until cooked through (shrimp will go from gray-white to orange-pink).
- Add parsley and serve
