Ingredients
- Butter, 4 tablespoons (56 g)
- Garlic, 2 cloves minced (10 g)
- Celery, 1 bunch (77 g)
- Heavy whipping cream, 1 1/2 cup (350 g)
- Thyme, 2 teaspoons (4 g)
- Lemon, 1/2 (zest and juice)
- Cream cheese, 5 ounces (140 g)
- Salmon, Fresh, 1 lb (454 g)
- Spinach, 2 oz (56 g)
- Shrimps, 8 oz (200 g)
- Salt, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Hot Chili Peppers, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Sage, 1 teaspoon (1 g)
- Clam Juice, 16 Tbsp (240 g)
Instructions
- Clean and chop celery and garlic. Zest the lemon.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add clam juice, cream, cream cheese, sage, lemon juice and lemon zest. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes .
- Add salmon and shrimp. Simmer for 3 minutes or until salmon is just cooked. Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh red chili and fresh sage and serve
