Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup / 85 g soba noodles, cooked (from ¾ oz / 21 g dry) and cooled
  2. 1 Tbsp / 9 g sesame seeds, toasted and cooled
  3. 1 cup / 100 g kale, steamed and cooled
  4. 1 tsp / 15 ml flaxseed or olive oil
  5. 1 Tbsp / 15 ml rice or other vinegar
  6. ½ tsp / 2½ ml tamari, preferably low-sodium

Directions

  1. Toss ingredients together to blend well.
