Ingredients
- ¾ cup / 85 g soba noodles, cooked (from ¾ oz / 21 g dry) and cooled
- 1 Tbsp / 9 g sesame seeds, toasted and cooled
- 1 cup / 100 g kale, steamed and cooled
- 1 tsp / 15 ml flaxseed or olive oil
- 1 Tbsp / 15 ml rice or other vinegar
- ½ tsp / 2½ ml tamari, preferably low-sodium
