  1. I need a plan to tell me how often and basically what to eat thruout the day . Big round belly has to go . Swollen feet now suddenly . Idea menu planner. “ what protien ratio with carbs and vegies or how ever that goes . That is what drew me to the club . Learning what carbs go with each daily

    • Hi, Ravioli. We are happy to help however we can. The protein:carbohydrate ratio we use is 1g:3g, and we recommend at least 5 total fruit/vegetable servings each day (a vegetable serving = 1 cup / 240 ml raw or 1/2 cup cooked; fruit servings vary, but are usually about a handful). And don’t forget to exercise! Check out our ideas in the 8-Week plan at the bottoms of the pages for Weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7.

  2. I take care of my mom. Can we still have chicken vg soup with cabbage or spinish or boil potatoes. My weakness is cake and eating when she is resting. Eating left overs and planning for her next meal. Maybe this is not the club for me what do you think?

    • Hi, Sandra. Those foods sound excellent – exactly the type of homemade wholesome fare we recommend. Your issue with cake is very, very common. I recommend to think about non-food things you can do when she is resting that can be just as soothing. Perhaps explore yoga, which can also help with your efforts here.
