I live in England and a lot of the recipes you can’t get here and some of them I don’t know what they are not just in this recipe but in a lot of them
Hi, Kathy. The foods in our lists are actually collected from around the world (and available in the UK), but lesser known to many. They were selected because they are less mass-produced and therefore relatively unmanipulated and more nutritious and supportive of health and healthy weight management. I encourage you to take advantage of our shopping guide http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-UK; on of the sites, http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk, offers nice explanations of their foods. Regular supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, and Waitrose are increasingly carrying these items as health-conscious consumers are increasingly requesting the; Holland and Barretts carries even more, of course, and Whole Foods Market even more.
Hi, royalton and iPad. We have a couple of recipes on this site: http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/homemade-sprouted-whole-grain-swg-bread/ and http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/homemade-irish-soda-bread/.
How can I make my own healthy bread???
Please give us a recipe to make healthy bread as impossible to get the swg bread and sour dough we have only the white bread option. Would love to make my own.
Is this really a breackfast option?
Hi, Sunray. A vegetable soup or salad, or even a fruit salad would round this out nicely.
For a complete meal, what do you suggest to go with this sandwich?
