Ingredients

  1. 750g Butternut Squash
  2. 2 Onions
  3. 1tsp Cumin
  4. 1 Garlic Clove
  5. 1 Red Chilli
  6. 900ml Vegetable Stock

Directions

  1. Cube the butternut squash. Chop the onion and garlic and chilli
  2. Add to saucepan along with other ingredients.
  3. Simmer for approx 20 minutes until ready.
