Ingredients
- 750g Butternut Squash
- 2 Onions
- 1tsp Cumin
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Red Chilli
- 900ml Vegetable Stock
Directions
- Cube the butternut squash. Chop the onion and garlic and chilli
- Add to saucepan along with other ingredients.
- Simmer for approx 20 minutes until ready.
