Ingredients
- 1 butter nut squash
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Cube squash and boil in a pot of water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan put butter and saute the onion and garlic until tender.
- Add the cooked squash, walnuts and sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture. Cook until everything is blended.
You can add a little lite salt and pepper if you like. I sometimes add a little sugar free pancake syrup.
