Ingredients

  • Rainbow Trout, 6 oz (170 g)
  • Spinach, 1 cups (29 g)
  • Avocado, 1 avocado (158 g)
  • Butter, No Salt, 3 tablespoon (42 g)
  • Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoons (5 g)
  • Garlic, 1 garlic clove (4 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Make a cut in the fish length-wise.
  3. Spread the butter and chopped garlic inside the fish.
  4. Place the trout in the oven and cook for 15–18 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, stuff the trout with avocado slices.
  6. Serve with spinach drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.

    • Hi, Rpsch47. MrsDash is an excellent choice! Vegetables with cheese can make for an excellent keto-supportive lunch. The amounts would be about 2 cups of vegetables, sauteed in a tablespoon of olive oil, then topped with a cup of grated cheese.

  1. What can I use in replacement of the fish? I like chicken, beef pork. I will also be replacing the avocato with the feta cheese you suggested above. Is there any way to add meals other than the few that are present when you do the edit?
