Ingredients

  1. 3 oz / 85 g tuna canned in water, drained
  2. 1 Tbsp. / 14 g mayonnaise (omega-3, olive oil, or flaxseed-based)
  3. 1 Tbsp. / 10 g onion, minced
  4. 2 Tbsp. / 15 g celery, chopped

Directions

Stir all ingredients together and spread on whole grain bread (each 1-oz or 28-g slice = 1 carb exchange)..
