Ingredients
- 500g lean turkey mince / lean ground turkey
- ½ white oinion
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 10g dried SWG or whole meal/grain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Combine all ingredients well, divide into 4, and shape into patties.
- Grill for 7 minute on each side, until cooked through.
Serve with condiments of choice, with or without whole grain rolls (½ roll = 1 carb serving).
