Ingredients
- 1¾ cups / 397 ml macaroni, preferably whole grain, uncooked
- 16 oz / 454 g turkey, skinless, cooked
- 1 14-oz / 397-g can whole cranberries
- 1 14.75-oz / 418-g can creamed corn
- ½ cup / 120 ml corn flakes, preferably whole grain
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Cook macaroni.
- Cut cooked turkey into bite size pieces.
- Mix cranberry, corn, macaroni, turkey together, and place in 2-quart/liter casserole baking dish.
- Top with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 30 min.
- Exchanges per Serving: 2 Carb, 2 Protein, 1 Fruit
- Serving Size: 1 cup / 240 ml
