Ingredients

  1. 1¾ cups / 397 ml macaroni, preferably whole grain, uncooked
  2. 16 oz / 454 g turkey, skinless, cooked
  3. 1 14-oz / 397-g can whole cranberries
  4. 1 14.75-oz / 418-g can creamed corn
  5. ½ cup / 120 ml corn flakes, preferably whole grain

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Cook macaroni.
  3. Cut cooked turkey into bite size pieces.
  4. Mix cranberry, corn, macaroni, turkey together, and place in 2-quart/liter casserole baking dish.
  5. Top with crushed corn flakes.
  6. Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 30 min.
