Ingredients

  • Olive oil, 3 tablespoons (45 g)
  • Red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Ground turkey, 13 oz (369 g)
  • Bacon, 4 slices (104 g)
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Parsley, 1 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Lettuce, 1 leaf (5 g)
  • Spring onions (Scallions), 2 green onions (24 g)
  • Garlic, 1 garlic clove (4 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C)
  2. Fry the chopped scallion and garlic in one tablespoon of oil on low heat. Add vinegar and set aside
  3. Add salt and pepper to the turkey and with your hands form few patties
  4. Heat the remaining oil and grill the patties in it until they turn golden
  5. Cook the patties in the oven for 15 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, in a skillet cook the bacon until crispy
  7. On a serving dish, place the lettuce on the bottom, then the patties and add on top bacon and fried scallion.
