Ingredients
- Olive oil, 3 tablespoons (45 g)
- Red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon (15 g)
- Ground turkey, 13 oz (369 g)
- Bacon, 4 slices (104 g)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Parsley, 1 tablespoon (4 g)
- Lettuce, 1 leaf (5 g)
- Spring onions (Scallions), 2 green onions (24 g)
- Garlic, 1 garlic clove (4 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C)
- Fry the chopped scallion and garlic in one tablespoon of oil on low heat. Add vinegar and set aside
- Add salt and pepper to the turkey and with your hands form few patties
- Heat the remaining oil and grill the patties in it until they turn golden
- Cook the patties in the oven for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a skillet cook the bacon until crispy
- On a serving dish, place the lettuce on the bottom, then the patties and add on top bacon and fried scallion.

Can turkey burgers have cheese on them
Hi, Dianeherr21. Sure – you can add up to a tablespoon without “counting” it. If you want to use more, then you need to have a smaller burger.
This has nothing to do with this recipe but can we eat salami cream cheese rollups and how many is good.
