Ingredients
- 1 lb Extra-lean ground turkey, preferably pastured
- 1 can of rotel tomatoes
- 1 lb Frozen green beans
- 1 lb Frozen peas
- 1 lb Frozen corn, preferably organic
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 qt Low sodium chicken stock
Directions
- Brown the ground turkey and drain off any excess fat.
- Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or simmer on low all day. Season to taste.
