Ingredients

  1. 250 g frozen baby peas
  2. 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  3. 150 g light feta cheese

Directions

  1. Cook peas for about 10 minutes. Drain and mash lightly.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Add fresh mint and serve warm.
