Ingredients
- 4-6 skinless chicken breast
- 48 oz gluten free chicken broth
- 4 oz cans diced chillies
- 2 15-oz cans great northern beans
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker and cook for five hours on high. You can top with sour cream, tortilla chips ,shredded cheddar,guacamole, if desired
Don’t have green chillies
I use 1 can of cream of chicken soup is that ok
