Ingredients

  1. 4-6 skinless chicken breast
  2. 48 oz gluten free chicken broth
  3. 4 oz cans diced chillies
  4. 2 15-oz cans great northern beans
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 tsp cumin
  7. 2 cloves garlic
  8. 1 tsp oregano
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large slow cooker and cook for five hours on high. You can top with sour cream, tortilla chips ,shredded cheddar,guacamole, if desired
