Ingredients
- 2 eggs (86 g)
- Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz (28 g)
- Butter, 1 ounce (28 g)
- Table salt, 1/3 teaspoon (2 g)
- Black Pepper, 1/3 tsp (1 g)
- Zucchini, 1 small (118 g)
- Onion, Fresh, 1/2 onion (54 g)
- Chili Powder, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
- Olive Oil, 1.5 tablespoon (22 g)
Instructions
- Chop the onion and grate the zucchini. Beat the eggs and add salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Put the butter and the onion in a frying pan, then stir-fry the onion at medium heat until it gets translucent.
- Add the grated zucchini and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs and cook the omelette 2-3 minutes each side or until it gets golden-brown.

This recipe calls for cheddar not goat cheese and the grocery list has cheddar as well! Please fix! Goat cheese got me excited but I didn’t buy any!!!?

Also no mention where the olive oil is added! I didn’t use it because 2 tablespoons of butter seem to be plenty! I’ll enjoy a bulletproof coffee later! Please fix this as it came up for three of my breakfast this week and I have all the ingredients what a let down

Hi, Alicia7669. In small quantities (less than 1/4 cup), sure. However, note that some hot sauces have more sugar (like sriracha), so the quantity would need to be much less.
