Ingredients
- Zucchini, 2 zucchini (400 g)
- Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons (30 g)
- Celery, 1 bunch (84 g)
- Red bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper (115 g)
- Canned crab meat, 12 oz (340 g)
- Mayonnaise, 3/4 cup (162 g)
- Mustard, 1 tablespoon (17 g)
- Cheddar Cheese, 7 oz (203 g)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
- Parsley, 1 tablespoon (4 g)
Instructions
- Chop finely the bell pepper, parsley and celery. Place in a bowl
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (225°C).
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise, about half an inch thick, and add salt. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush olive oil on both sides.
- Add to the chopped vegetable bowl all the other ingredients (exceptfor the zucchini). Season to taste.
- Apply the mixture on top of the zucchini slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Do you use 12 oz of crab for 1 meal or is this for 2 meals or what?
