MemberJust bought a slipping rope whislt at the supermarket. About to put my trainers on and see how long I can skip for. Boxers have historically used it for training so it must be good and can be done on the paio without leaving the kids alone.

Membertrimjaxtrim,
How did the jump roping go?! Were your calves sore the next day??August 19, 2013 at 4:01 pm #14179trimjaxtrim
MemberHi skipping is great way to do some CV exercise on the patio when the kids are at home. My calves don’t hurt nor my quads as I always stretch before and after. I much preferr it to running along the road as I can stop start like doing a HIT session. Try it it is really good also if you dont want to do it in the same place you can do travelling skips along the roadway. xxxx

MemberIt is a great way to do HIIT training! Here in Texas at this time its almost impossible to do any exercise outside so to switch things up I jump rope and do sprints on the treadmill. How long are you jumping for??
