teresa2u2MemberI’m new, so please forgive me if you’ve covered this topic before. I’ve been on the plan for a little over a week and lost 3 pounds. When I entered my new weight on the chart, it shows a small dip on the graph, but I don’t see anyplace where it actually says the number of pounds that you lost/gained that week, or the total weight lost. Am I missing something, or do you just not show that number? In other words, will I have to remember or write down the total number lost each week or do the math each week to see what my overall weight loss has been? Thank you!

szoutewelleMemberhi Teresa, I’m new too, I just posted on the topic of measurements vs weight loss. SO there are a few blips in the program it seems.
Amazing that you lost 3 pounds in the first week. It’s great but seems like it might be a little fast, what did you do?
